1. STAND DETAILS
Please allow 5-10 minutes to complete this form.
If a different person will be managing the stand at the show:
1a. STAND LISTING
In the showguide we list your stand name (as above) – plus stand number, website and a seven-word description about your products/services.
These are your entry passes into the show each day. You and your staff will not be admitted into the show for free without these passes.
The quantity of passes allocated is determined by the size of your stand:
3m x 2m = 4 passes; 3m x 3m = 6 passes; 3m x 6m = 8 passes.

Your exhibitor ID badges will be mailed to you two weeks prior to the show.
IMPORTANT: Every item must be removed from inside the venue by 7pm on the Sunday evening.
Chilled/frozen items must be removed from the containers between 7.30am and 9am on the Monday morning.
To ensure our recommended carrier has enough truck space available on Sunday night, please write in the maximum number of pallets or boxes (specify which) you estimate you'll have for pick-up.
4. HANDLING AND COOKING FOOD
If you are handling food you are required by law to be on a Food Control Plan or Food Safety Programme.
Please confirm your current status:
If you will be cooking or heating food at your stand and/or using any type of heating equipment, please complete this section.
Depending on the location of smoke alarms in the venue, you may be required to move stands to reduce the risk of a fire alarm being set off (you will be notified if this will affect you).
It is a fire safety requirement that you must have a fire extinguisher on your stand if you are cooking. A fire blanket is also required for open flames such as BBQs.
5. ALCOHOL SAMPLING & SALES
If you are selling alcohol, please complete this section.
Liquor samples are to be no larger than 30mls. The Council takes 20 working days to process liquor applications.
